We are seeking a Head of Acquisitions (title flexible based on experience) to lead direct site sourcing and acquisition execution across key U.S. markets. This is a senior, high-impact role for a proven deal originator with deep relationships and a strong track record in hyperscale data center acquisitions.

• Directly source hyperscale data center development sites through owner, broker, and strategic relationships
• Lead acquisitions from initial outreach through LOI, diligence, Investment Committee approval, and closing
• Serve as the deal lead and quarterback across internal development, capital markets, legal, and external partners
• Prepare and present Investment Committee materials and acquisition recommendations
• Build and maintain a robust national network of landowners, brokers, utilities, and municipalities
• Support portfolio expansion aligned with hyperscale tenant and market requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data center acquisitions, site selection, or related real estate acquisition roles
• Demonstrated success personally sourcing sites, not solely executing pre-sourced transactions
• Experience leading large-scale, complex acquisitions end-to-end
• Strong deal sheet with recent sourcing activity preferred
• Deep understanding of hyperscale site requirements and market dynamics
• Collaborative, adaptable leadership style with strong stakeholder management skills

• Open to San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York, Washington, DC, or Denver

• Base salary + Annual bonus + Equity
