SVP Data and Analytics – private‑equity backed – $200,000–$250,000 base + bonus!

Are you interested in leading all aspects of data, analytics, and AI/ML at this PE‑backed firm?

You will lead all aspects of short and long‑term data planning and oversee the execution of strategic projects for businesses across the world. You will own data strategy, implementation of ML and data science, data architecture, and data governance.

You will also be responsible for building and managing data teams, driving analytics and algorithms for systems and creating a data strategy to drive business outcomes. This role requires a blend of hands‑on technical expertise and leadership/decision‑making.

You will help develop and execute strategies, plans, projects, and ongoing support and maintenance for all facets of the data function. You will work closely with the executive team to create and lead all data‑driven initiatives and to establish a framework for data quality, security, and governance.

This will also include collaborating with engineering teams and being hands‑on in leading and overseeing the design and implementation of the data environment across pipelines, warehouses, and BI. Technically, you will need strong Python, SQL, big data, and ML experience.

You will also be expected to be onsite 3 days per week in Dallas.
