Site Reliability Engineer

We’re hiring a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and modernize enterprise integration platforms that power messaging, APIs, and event‑driven systems. This role sits within a Technology Operations organization and focuses on resilience, automation, and observability across critical middleware and integration services.

Must be able to do hybrid 4x/ Plano, TX. Must be able to do final interview onsite. W2 ONLY!

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and observability of enterprise integration platforms
• Support and modernize technologies such as Kafka (MSK), TIBCO, Mule Soft, and Apache Camel
• Build automation and reduce operational toil using Python or similar scripting
• Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, error budgets
  , and health checks
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions (Dynatrace preferred)
• Participate in incident response, postmortems, and continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams on platform migrations and enhancements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Strong understanding of SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident response)
• Hands‑on experience with 2+ integration or messaging platforms

• Kafka (MSK or Confluent)
• TIBCO (BW, EMS)
• Mule Soft or similar API platforms
• Proficiency in Python or equivalent scripting for automation
• Experience with API development (Java preferred, but other languages acceptable)
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools (Dynatrace a plus)
• Knowledge of integration security standards (OAuth2, JWT, etc.)
• Background in enterprise middleware, event‑driven architecture, or hybrid cloud integration
