Position Summary

You will be the first line of tech support for end users and a core member of the team that helps maintain our ERP and infrastructure stack. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is hands‑on, comfortable troubleshooting infrastructure (servers, networking, cloud basics) and eager to learn from cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests via ticketing systems (SLAs).
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for ERP platforms, user accounts, role/access issues, basic configuration support, and first‑pass troubleshooting.
  • Support infrastructure components:
    Windows, Azure, virtualization, storage, backups, basic network troubleshooting, and cloud services integration.
  • Monitor system/instance health, escalating incidents to engineering/ERP functional teams when needed.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to coordinate fixes, escalations, and system changes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience‑or a technical certificate (e.g., Google IT Support Professional Certificate), plus demonstrable hands‑on support experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • 0‑2 years’ experience in IT helpdesk, support, or systems administration. Basic cloud platform exposure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with one or more ERP systems (user support, basics of modules, workflows, or coursework).
  • Strong troubleshooting, written/verbal communication, and customer‑service orientation.
