Senior DevOps Engineer

As a Senior Dev Ops Engineer, you will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing our clients Cloud Infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will have a direct impact on the performance and reliability of their applications by optimizing the way they build, deploy, and manage them. The person in this role will work closely with Dev Ops team members based in various locations around the globe and form part of a follow‑the‑sun support escalation model for infrastructure issues.

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, highly available, and cost‑efficient cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Champion the use of Cloud Formation, Terraform, and CDK to provision and manage infrastructure resources in a secure, repeatable, and automated manner.
• Oversee the deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications, ensuring optimal performance and fault tolerance.
• Own and continuously enhance the CI/CD pipeline, leveraging tools like Jenkins and Git Hub Actions to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Manage source code and collaborate efficiently using Git, ensuring best practices and streamlined workflows across teams.
• Design and implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to ensure system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with R&D teams (developers, architects, and product managers) to ensure smooth integration and continuous delivery of new features and updates.
• Lead the implementation of security best practices, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, and driving improvements in infrastructure and application security.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Dev Ops or a related field, with a proven track record in managing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines at scale.
• In‑depth experience with AWS services and a strong understanding of cloud security, cost management, and best practices.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) tools including Cloud Formation and Terraform; AWS CDK experience is a plus.
• Expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like EKS/ECS.
• Advanced hands‑on experience with Jenkins and Git Hub Actions, with a deep understanding of pipeline design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
