Our U.S. office plays a central role in business operations, coordination, and execution.

This position is intended for a high‑potential early‑career professional who is comfortable learning technically advanced products and wants broad exposure to how a global technology manufacturing company operates. The role spans business operations, cross‑functional coordination, and close collaboration with executive leadership and international teams.

• Support day‑to‑day business operations across HR support, accounting coordination, and internal administration
• Coordinate with external accounting firms, payroll providers, and professional service vendors
• Assist with HR‑related processes including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and internal coordination
• Support marketing and sales operations through coordination, materials management, and internal tracking
• Communicate regularly with headquarters in Korea and other international branch offices in both Korean and English
• Learn CIMON’s hardware and software products, terminology, and business model and develop a functional technical understanding
• Work with technical teams to support internal coordination and cross‑functional projects
• Participate in building and improving internal AI‑assisted workflows that support operations, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination
• Help document processes and translate real‑world business needs into structured workflows and tools
• Work with leadership and technical teams to test, refine, and deploy internal automation and AI tools
• Assist executive leadership with operational initiatives and special projects

• Fluent in both Korean and English
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn technical or complex concepts quickly
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Comfortable working with technical products, documentation, and structured processes
• Interest in automation, AI‑assisted workflows, or process improvement
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to take responsibility
• Background in business operations, engineering, information systems, computer science, or a technically oriented discipline is strongly preferred

• Ability to work in a structured, process‑driven environment
• Comfort reading and working with technical documentation or specifications
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across different functions

• Exposure to manufacturing, hardware, software, or engineering‑driven environments
• Experience working with workflow tools, internal systems, or automation platforms
• Interest in technology, engineering, or complex systems

• Hands‑on experience with technically advanced industrial products
