Agentic AI Operations Lead - Operations Department

Mede Analytics is on a mission to become an agentic AI-centric organization, streamlining operations, enhancing productivity and elevating customer experiences through intelligent automation. As our Agentic AI Leader
, you’ll lead the charge in identifying, designing and deploying autonomous agents and workflow automations across the enterprise.

This is a strategic, cross-functional role that blends visionary thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll work with teams across the company to reimagine business processes, reduce manual effort, and unlock new levels of operational excellence using the latest in Agentic AI, LLMs, and orchestration platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for agentic AI and workflow automation across departments
  • Lead discovery sessions to map current-state processes and design future-state AI-enhanced workflows
  • Evaluate and implement autonomous agent frameworks and orchestration tools
  • Write product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for AI-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to build and deploy automation systems
  • Monitor performance, reliability, and ROI of deployed agents
  • Evangelize agentic AI across the organization through education, demos, and change management
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and best practices to inform strategy and execution
  • Design and implement AI governance frameworks to ensure responsible deployment and oversight
  • Use data analytics to measure impact, optimize agent performance, and inform prioritization

Essential Education, Experience, and Interests:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering)
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, AI implementation, business process automation, or related fields
  • Proven track record of delivering technology-enabled workflow improvements
  • Strong understanding of agentic AI, LLMs, and automation platforms
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and changing leadership skills

Preferred:

  • Experience implementing autonomous agents using tools such as Lang Chain / Lang Graph – for building stateful, multi-agent systems
  • Auto Gen – for orchestrating collaborative agents with asynchronous messaging
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering tools and frameworks such as Lang Smith / Guidance / Lilypad / Mirascope / Prompt Base
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio) for productivity and process automation
  • Experience using Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code for agent development, integration, and testing
  • Understanding of AI governance, bias mitigation, and human-in-the-loop workflows
  • Ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven insights
  • Background in industries such as healthcare, logistics, finance, or customer support where agentic AI can drive major efficiencies
  • Experience with agile methodologies and iterative experimentation
  • Salesforce, JIRA, Power BI experience preferred
  • LEAN, Six Sigma, or LEAN Six Sigma experience and/or certification preferred

  • Reduction in manual workflows and operational bottlenecks
  • Enhanced customer satisfaction through faster, smarter service delivery
  • Adoption and trust in agentic AI systems across teams

Additional Information:

Mede Analytics believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $125,000 – $135,000 USD. While this position is not bonus-eligible, it is part of our comprehensive total rewards program, which includes competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
