Cable Technician

Valida Tek is searching for a Cable Technician supporting a large telecommunications and networking infrastructure in a secured DoD environment. This role will focus on installing, maintaining, and repairing fiber optic and cabling systems to ensure connectivity and performance. The Cable Technician will adhere to all applicable rules and regulations, focusing on the utilization of best practices and safety. This role will conduct routine maintenance checks and emergency repairs as needed and ensure proper documentation of all installations and repairs.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following:

USD $34,762.50/Yr.

USD $57,937.50/Yr.

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
