Lead Account Executive at Heart Centrix Solutions Overview

We are seeking a UX Product Designer to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences from concept through launch. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and Content to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, collaborative, and thrives working onsite with cross‑functional teams.

• Design end‑to‑end product experiences
  , including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into elegant, usable design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define scope, priorities, and success metrics.
• Partner with Engineers to ensure designs are feasible, buildable, and implemented as intended.
• Use research, data, and usability testing to validate and iterate on designs.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and UI standards

• Present design concepts, rationale, and trade‑offs to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across platforms.
• Support and mentor junior designers as needed.
• Advocate for user‑centered design best practices across the organization.

• 4–10+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
  .
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work across web and/or mobile platforms.
• Experience designing within agile, cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Fig Jam, Sketch, etc.).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week

• Experience with enterprise, SaaS, or consumer‑facing products.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
• Exposure to UX research and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
