Flexible hybrid work environment (onsite 2 days a week/3 days remote) at our Arlington (AOC1), TX office.

What makes You an ideal candidate?

Skills & Knowledge Proven abilities in engineering batch jobs and workflows preferred

Proficiency at coding scripts in Unix, Linux and Windows system interface languages to facilitate workflow development preferred

Operating System fluency with Linux, UNIX, AIX, and Windows preferred

Familiarity with ITIL Service Management framework principles preferred

Exposure to working with geographically dispersed teams preferred

Must have high attention to detail, be well organized and a self-starter

Must be able to work with limited to moderate direct supervision

Readily and actively shares knowledge

Embraces diversity of ideas from team members and leaders

Easily adapts to new technologies and environment changes

Ability to identify, develop, document and implement industry best practices centered on Tidal or similar job scheduling technologies

Excellent analytical ability and troubleshooting skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate professionally in a corporate environment at all levels and to all audiences

Ability to train others in use of software/tools as needed

Readily adapts industry trends and new technologies to day-to-day work activities

Ability to relate knowledge of enterprise platforms and operating systems to key business functions and processes

Experience with sequel scripting highly preferred

Additional Knowledge and Skills Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:  Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights

Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation

Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection Work Experience & Education2-4 years of workflow development and engineering experience with Tidal or similar job scheduling software tools required

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
