Transportation Manager

EY pays around $104,000 - $151,000 for a Transportation Manager, but what we really offer is room to push Persuasion as far as it'll go in Arlington. You’ll bring 7 years of Self-Motivation, and in return get $104,000 - $151,000, a supportive team, and the freedom to drive your own results.

• Write the Self-Motivation runbook the next hire wishes they had
• Own your mistakes loudly and your wins quietly
• Pressure-test assumptions before they harden into expensive mistakes
• Defend the Leadership fundamentals when speed tempts everyone to skip them
• Map the handoffs between TX teams so nothing falls in the cracks
• Keep records, systems, and shared files organized and up to date
• Hold Arlington vendors to the standard we promised our users
• Sense when an Arlington relationship needs a call, not an email

• Demonstrated calm when an Arlington, TX client changes scope mid-stream
• Real curiosity about why EY customers do what they do
• 8+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way
• Proven Negotiation judgment when the textbook answer doesn't fit
• Fluency across Conflict Resolution and Self-Motivation, with strong opinions on both

EY began as a side project in Arlington and grew into the inclusive platform thousands of general users now rely on. At EY you can challenge your skip-level's plan and still get a thank-you for it.

In return for your Leadership expertise, you’ll earn $104,000 - $151,000 along with 401(k) matching and flexible remote options.
