I am partnering with several AmLaw 100 firms across the United States that are seeking to add experienced Of Counsel attorneys in a range of practice areas. These opportunities are ideal for highly skilled practitioners with 10 or more years of substantive experience
, who are seeking to join top‑tier firms and take on complex, high‑value client work.

Location:

Openings are available in multiple major U.S. markets, with hybrid and in‑office considered for exceptional candidates. Some fully remote opportunities are available as well.

• Litigation – complex commercial, securities, and appellate
• Intellectual Property – patent, trademark, and technology transactions
• Finance & Bankruptcy – leveraged finance, restructuring, workouts
• Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate – public and private company transactions
• Real Estate – acquisitions, development, finance, and leasing
• Open to additional practice area discussions

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (multiple admissions preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 or major national law firm is highly desirable
• Strong academic credentials and an established professional reputation
• Ability to handle matters independently while collaborating within a team‑based environment
• Proven client‑management and business‑development acumen
