Our client, a well-established multi‑practice law firm, is seeking an attorney with experience in family‑based immigration to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands‑on experience preparing and managing family‑based petitions, including adjustment of status applications, consular processing, waivers, and related filings. While the primary focus will be on family immigration matters, exposure to employment‑based cases is a plus.

This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, work directly with clients, and contribute to a growing immigration practice.

Annual Bonus

• Manage a caseload of family‑based immigration matters from intake to completion.
• Prepare and file petitions including I‑130, I‑485, I‑601/601A waivers, I‑765, DS‑260, N‑400, VAWA, and U‑Visa applications.
• Attend interviews with USCIS (in person or virtually, as required).

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed Attorney (any jurisdiction; TX preferred).
• 1+ years of Immigration Law experience.

• Competitive base salary: $100,000 - $175,000+(DOE) + Bonus
