Insurance Defense Attorney (Associate)

We are a Texas-based firm seeking an experienced insurance defense associate for our Texas and New Mexico offices.

• Locations: Dallas, Houston, Corpus Christi, Santa Fe, Albuquerque
• Base pay range: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
• Sign-on bonus: $10,000
• Production bonus and discretionary bonus available: yes

• Practice focus on insurance defense matters, including premises liability, transportation, product liability, and construction defect matters.
• Work in the Dallas office will be direct representation with no billing insurance companies.

• At least three years of litigation experience at a law firm.
• Independently handles discovery, motions, hearings, and client reporting with limited partner-level assistance.
• Deposition experience preferred, but not required.
• Barred in Texas and/or New Mexico.

Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $200,000 depending on level of experience.
