Eichelbaum Wardell Hansen Powell & Muñoz, P.C. is seeking an experienced Paralegal for a unique, full-time, on-site position embedded within Arlington ISD’s Administration, in the Office of the General Counsel. This is an opportunity to work closely with district leadership in a dynamic legal environment.

• 3+ years of paralegal experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Familiarity with public education law or school district operations
• Experience with responding to open records requests (TPIA)
• Drafting and reviewing contracts or procurement documents
• Managing confidential student and personnel records
• Knowledge of case management or legal billing software

• Lead Contract Specialist — Be the primary resource for implementing approved contract language revisions, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and managing critical deadlines.
• Become a trusted resource in handling governance, open records, personnel, and any other issues that arise
• Support school district initiatives by advising on legal considerations in the implementation of new software and streamlining processes
