Workers' Attorney - Arlington, TX

• As a Workers' Compensation Attorney, you will be responsible for managing cases from intake through resolution, including;
  Representing injured workers in workers compensation claims and related proceedings
• Conducting client consultations to assess claims, explain rights and benefits, and set clear expectations
• Drafting, reviewing, and filing pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
• Managing cases through all stages of the workers compensation process, including hearings, mediations, and appeals
• Appearing before administrative agencies, judges, and other tribunals to advocate on behalf of clients
• Negotiating settlements with insurance carriers, employers, and opposing counsel
• Collaborating with paralegals, case managers, and fellow attorneys to ensure timely and effective case handling
• Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring compliance with Texas workers compensation laws and procedures
• Providing compassionate, client-focused representation while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards

• Must have 1-3+ years of experience
• Must have active TX Bar and experience working cases in the state
• Must be willing to work in office M-F
• Open to working in Arlington
