Position Overview

The CEO will serve as the senior-most leader of the company, reporting directly to the private equity sponsor. This executive will be responsible for setting the strategic vision, driving operational performance, and building a strong leadership team that can execute on both growth and value creation objectives. • Operational Leadership – Ensure efficient, scalable operations across production, supply chain, and distribution.
  • Team Development – Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and performance excellence.
  • Financial Management – Oversee full P&L, cash flow, and capital expenditure planning to deliver strong returns.
  • M&A & Integration – Identify acquisition targets, lead due diligence, and oversee seamless integration into the platform.
  • Customer & Market Focus – Deepen relationships with key accounts and ensure the business delivers on customer expectations and industry standards.
  • Board & Investor Relations – Serve as the primary liaison with the private equity sponsor and Board of Directors.
Qualifications
  • Proven success as a CEO, President, or divisional GM in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Experience leading businesses of $50M–$150M+ in revenue, ideally in PE-backed environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale operations, expand EBITDA, and execute acquisition strategies.
  • Strong operational and financial acumen, with hands-on leadership in P&L oversight.
  • Track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Compensation
  • Performance-based annual bonus
  • Significant equity participation tied to value creation
