1st Shift: 3:30 AM – 1 PM Monday‑Friday (average 47.5 hrs per week). Additional hours may be required during peak operations from June‑December.
About the roleAs the Embroidery Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of embroidered products that reflect our brand’s commitment to excellence. You will lead a team of embroidery machine operators, oversee production schedules, maintain equipment, and implement quality control standards. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall success of our apparel production line.
Responsibilities- Provide a safe, healthy, and welcoming working environment in a Lean culture for all team members.
- Communicate with team leads and members to resolve issues and attain daily productivity, quality, and delivery goals.
- Identify problems, find and implement solutions to improve processes and meet goals.
- Ensure positive employee relations by encouraging feedback and active coaching.
- Participate in building teams and developing members.
- Maintain attendance records and approve payroll for all assigned team members.
- Champion the department’s GEMBA; prepare and present accurate data.
- Partner to find the most efficient process and suggest improvements where needed; encourage team members to provide suggestions.
- Provide positive coaching to change behavior; hold team members accountable to all defined KPIs.
- Resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.
- Solution‑oriented mindset.
- Collaborates with peers for team and operational success.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Able to perform with minimal direction.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and in varying departments in support of the operation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Previous leadership experience is preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
The position requires the employee to stand for long periods, perform repetitive movements, lift 15–35 lbs regularly, and tolerate working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
