Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on‑site role for a Resident Manager located in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex. The Resident Manager will work directly with the General Manager and will oversee daily property operations over 3 communities, including tenant relations, leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination. Responsibilities include supervising property staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, resolving resident concerns, and managing budgets to achieve financial goals.
The Resident Manager will also play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and well‑maintained living environment for residents while representing the company’s commitment to excellent service.
- Experience in property management, tenant relations, and leasing processes
- Strong organizational and budgeting skills, including financial reporting
- Knowledge of local compliance regulations and best practices in property operations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Team leadership and staff management experience
- Proficiency with property management software and digital tools
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience managing multifamily properties is highly advantageous
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
