A Maintenance Tech with a strong, verifiable track record of improving property performance.
You have experience directing maintenance staff to ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours and rent-ready products are delivered in 3 to 5 business days.
You lead by example through coaching, mentoring, and most importantly, holding yourself and your team accountable. You roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team.
Ability to work an alternating on-call schedule that may include holidays.
You are ready and willing to complete work in-house instead of contracting out.
Exceptional communication skills.
You understand how each team member on site contributes to the total success of the asset and know how to oversee collections, leasing, the turn process, and renewals to benefit your success and the asset's.
