Project Technician; Mechanical Flushing Concentration

As a SWAT Project Technician you will ensure proper assistance is given to the Project Managers/Branch Managers and crews on large, complex projects throughout the company. Duties are assigned by the supervisor on site. This position works with critical infrastructures, data centers and requires significant overnight travel.

As a Project Technician (within our SWAT team) you will ensure proper assistance is given to the Project Managers/Branch Managers and crews on large, complex projects throughout the company. Duties are assigned by the supervisor on site. Significant focus for this role on Mechanical Flushing.

• Communicate marketplace opportunities, status of competition, and new product opportunities to local and regional management.

• Coordinate to ensure Rain for Rent offers and delivers a consistent, well‑organized, on time and under budget bypass pump projects.
• Perform job in a manner by representing the Company honestly and fairly with regard to maintaining good public relations with all customers, competitors, and vendors.
• Coordinate and communicate with branch personnel regarding product needs, availability, delivery, and project specifications.
• Promote cooperation and communication with all Rain for Rent personnel.

• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or EHS.

• Other duties as assigned in support of the operation.

Depending on the project this position may have supervisory responsibilities. This position will be required to provide limited supervision to others through motivation, direction, review and feedback of assigned tasks. This position will be required to supervise/manage/direct the selection, training, development, and appraisal of personnel.
Depending on the size of the project this position will have non‑supervisory employees who report directly to this job.
