We're hiring a Business Director to oversee daily operations at one of our flagship East Dallas properties. This leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives on driving performance, building strong teams, and delivering outstanding resident experiences.

You'll take charge of all community operations, from leasing and renewals to collections and maintenance coordination. Most importantly, you'll lead your team by example - coaching, mentoring, and holding yourself and others accountable for success.

You have a strong track record in multifamily property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams. Experience with Entrata is a plus, and lease-up or multi-site background will make you stand out. Bilingual candidates and those with industry credentials or a degree are encouraged to apply.
