About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee large, complex structural concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and field coordination while serving as the primary client contact. This role is ideal for a concrete professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to expand their leadership influence with a premier subcontractor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead preconstruction planning, coordination, and project start-up
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, cost controls, and cash flow
  • Oversee project teams and support field operations to ensure quality execution
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Generate and manage technical documentation and project records
  • Champion safety and risk management across all project phases
  • Participate in ongoing training, development, and certifications
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of CIP/structural concrete project management experience OR 8+ years in concrete construction roles
  • Strong understanding of concrete construction processes, safety, and project management principles
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
  • Driven, accountable, and energized by challenging, high-impact work
