General Manager

About the Role

This is a General Manager position at a McDonald’s franchise owned and operated by Grissett Enterprises LLC. The manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

• Lead daily restaurant operations and work towards business profitability.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to set goals and develop strategic plans.
• Direct Department Managers, set departmental goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers who align with the franchise goals.
• Ensure consistent high customer service standards across all departments.

• Prior experience as a General Manager in high‑volume quick‑service restaurants.
• Strong background in hospitality, retail, or similar fast‑paced environments.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and coach staff.
