The COO will play a critical role in optimizing operations, financial performance, and technology execution to support sustainable growth. This is a high-visibility, hands‑on leadership position requiring strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to represent the organization with integrity. The ideal candidate leads by example, holds teams accountable, and thrives in fast‑growing, technology‑driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee company‑wide operations and ensure alignment across sales, marketing, technology, and customer success teams
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management to optimize costs and drive revenue growth
• Design and implement scalable operational strategies to improve efficiency and support expansion
• Drive technology integration, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making across the organization
• Partner with technology and product leadership to support product execution and innovation
• Strengthen customer success, service delivery, and retention to support market growth
• Build, lead, and develop high‑performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to define corporate strategy, vision, and growth objectives
• Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and operational standards
• Create and maintain dashboards and executive reporting to track goals, performance, and progress
• Leverage data and analytics to define KPIs, support decision‑making, and deliver actionable insights
Qualifications
• 10+ years of executive leadership experience in automotive technology or other high‑growth, technology‑driven industries
• Proven experience scaling operations, managing business expansion, and overseeing financial performance
• Strong understanding of technology deployment, process automation, and operational optimization
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including KPI development and performance measurement
• Hands‑on experience in strategic planning, operational management, and executive reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a strategic yet hands‑on management style
• Experience building operational processes and procedures from the ground up
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, relevant, and actionable insights
