This position requires up to 90% travel throughout Texas and Oklahoma and plays a key role in supporting operations within a dynamic 24/7 environment.

The Regional Director of Operations provides strategic leadership across multiple districts, driving service quality, operational consistency, and business success. Overseeing District Managers (DMs), this role champions operational best practices, efficiency, and team development. Reporting directly to senior executive leadership, the Regional Director ensures compliance with brand standards, financial growth, operational consistency, and high employee engagement throughout the region. The role fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and exceptional customer experiences while managing regional budgets and performance strategies.

• Multi-Unit Operational Leadership:
  Provide direct oversight and strategic direction to District Managers and General Managers, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and compliance across all locations.
• Talent Management & Leadership Development:
  Recruit, mentor, and evaluate DMs; build a strong leadership pipeline and drive succession planning and team engagement across the region.
• Financial Performance & Business Strategy:
  Oversee regional financial results, P&L performance, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies, analyzing metrics to maximize profit and efficiency.
• Quality Control & Brand Standards:
  Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and service quality.
• Customer Satisfaction & Client Relations:
  Partner with DMs and support partners to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, resolve escalated operational issues, and foster strong client relationships.
• Strategic Growth & Initiative Execution:
  Lead regional rollouts of corporate initiatives, technology implementations, and operational enhancements to support business expansion.
