Technical Associate

** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
** INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR - Identifies process and product improvements and makes the necessary changes once agreed with the immediate superior. Develops units through algorithms/techniques, while documenting own work, including test reports and functional specifications for small or medium complexity systems. Participates in code reviews, identifies risks, and escalates issues when necessary. Provides timely and useful information to the project leader to assist with detailed project planning and coordination using project management methods and tools.

Acts as a resource to technical staff.
Developing professional level - Incumbent in this role is developing professional expertise and demonstrates conceptual knowledge and principles of own professional discipline. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction. Position requires professional degree in a single discipline with typically 3 years of related experience.
