• Shop level maintenance required.
  
  Experience with the following engines preferred: CFM
  56, CF34, CF6, PW2000, PW4000, GTF, V2500, LEAP, GE90.
• Understand and comply with FAA and EASA return-to-service requirements for engines and aircraft.
• Comply with FAA, EASA, and Company policies and procedures.
• Learn and teach others on work scopes; work as part of a team with leadership potential.
• Assist engineers in testing and troubleshooting equipment.
• Conduct heavy lifting of equipment and materials.
• Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers) to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and update equipment records in CMMS.
• Assist in general shop maintenance tasks as needed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to take responsibility and work overtime as required.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Excellent work ethic and motivation for a high standard of work.
• Leadership qualities.
• Passport preferred or the ability to obtain one.
• Global travel as required.
• Represent the company professionally and reflect a positive image with customers.

• High school diploma preferred; A&P License or a P License preferred.
• Must have large engine experience in a setting other than line maintenance. Military experience acceptable if from an engine shop background.

• Prolonged periods of physical activity and ergonomics.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
