Production Assembly - 2nd shift

Urgently hiring for the Production Assembly - 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) at IAC International Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. in Arlington, TX. This role is for Assembly Team Members on the 2nd shift.

• Assemble and/or sequence components to meet customer quality and delivery expectations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Cross-training and job rotation are required.
• Stand for 8–12 hours per day.
• Lift up to 15 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Be able to work extra hours or shifts as production needs require.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Be available to work 6 days a week.

• High school diploma or GED.
