Responsibilities- Primary Liason Between Sales/Customers/Production
- Creation of Production Job Ticket including Detailed Specifications
- Monitor/Track all Production Jobs for Changes and Exception Handling
- Follow all Department SOPs;
Coordinate Requisition of Project Materials - Ability to Multitask several Projects Simultaneously
- 3 Years Experience as CSR/Production Coordinator in Print Industry
- Knowledge of Offset, Digital, Wide Format, Packaging, Mailing and Bindery Operations
- Demonstrated Ability in Planning/Managing/Execution
- Strong Written/Oral Communication Skills
- Attention to Detail and Excellent Organizational Skills
- Flexibility of Schedule for Overtime/Weekend Work
