3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Monday‑Friday (OT as needed during peak operations Jun‑Dec).

As a Screen Print specialist, this role is responsible for assisting with the production of screen‑printed material. Roles include the production, coating, and cleaning of screens used in the screen‑printing process, quality checking finished product based on customer specifications, assisting on press loading material and by applying ink to screens, and the movement of material throughout the facility using a pallet jack and RF scanner.

• Review work order, observe specifications and any special notes, and prepare work area to start to print multi‑color work.
• Direct physical activity is required to maintain productivity while meeting the highest quality specifications.
• Conduct quality check of decorated garments based on customer specifications.
• Assist the press operator by loading material on press, applying ink to screens, changing squeegees, and pre‑counting material before decoration based on paperwork.
• Operate machinery used to coat, reclaim, image, and develop screens used in the screen‑printing process.
• Move material into staging locations throughout the facility using a pallet jack and RF scanner.
• Keep area and equipment clean, wiping down with press wash at least once per week.
• Utilize all required personal protective equipment for personal safety and the safety of peers.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak and read English instructions.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must follow orders, operate machinery properly, learn tasks quickly, be detailed, accuracy‑driven, personable, team‑oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance.
• Candidates are required to differentiate and coordinate colors.

Stand for long periods of time, perform repetitive movement of the body, lift 15‑35 lb on a regular basis, and tolerate working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
