Warehouse Worker

Trillium Staffing is now hiring Warehouse Line Helpers for a leading provider of industrial metal products in Arlington, TX on 1st and 2nd Shifts!

Position Details:
Contract-to-Hire with a 90-day evaluation period

PAY: $17/ hour
1st SHIFT: 6:00AM - 2:30PM
2nd SHIFT: 2:00PM - 10:00PM
Overtime available based on production demands.

Role Overview :
This role supports efficient warehouse operations through a variety of tasks essential to production and shipping.

Key responsibilities include:

- Pulling and staging raw materials for production
- Performing finishing tasks on finished goods to meet quality standards
- Packaging materials according to customer specifications
- Preparing materials for outbound shipment
- Maintaining high productivity throughout all tasks
- Confirming work orders using computer systems
- Operating equipment such as overhead cranes (experience preferred but not mandatory) and forklifts/side loaders
- Handling materials and supplies as required
- Supporting machine operators and assisting with other assigned duties

Candidate Requirements:
- MUST BE OK WITH GETTING DIRTY!
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and reading skills
- Comfortable using computers for data entry and work order confirmation
- Ability to pass a physical exam including vision, hearing, and mobility tests
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical activities such as walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, and twisting
- Ability to pass re-employment screenings
