As a Powder Coating Tech, you’ll play a key role in our Post Production team, ensuring that all parts are coated properly in accordance with customer specifications and company quality standards. You’ll help guarantee timely delivery while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

• Pretreat, clean, and powder coat various customer parts
• Perform required in‑process and final quality checks as well as conducting part counts for each order
• Perform pre and post quality checks on all parts, and ensure parts meet work order specifications
• Batch orders appropriately to ensure production demands and timelines are met
• Assist with basic machine maintenance including but not limited to spray systems, blasting equipment, and other misc finishing equipment
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean work environment within the principles of LEAN manufacturing and 5S
• Communicate daily with your supervisor regarding any issues or concerns
• Complete any additional tasks set forth by the Post Production Manager

• Previous experience in powder coating, painting, or industrial finishing preferred
• Ability to complete implied tasks to perform necessary job functions
• Basic knowledge of materials and equipment used in the powder coating process
• Basic computer skills
• Able to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand/walk for 10‑12 hours per shift
