Operating from six facilities in Nevada, Kentucky, and Texas, the company is scaling rapidly and needs skilled post-production personnel to maintain its commitment to quality and fast turnaround. The Arlington, TX facility currently seeks a Post Production Technician for its weekday day shift to prepare and finish manufactured parts to precise customer specifications.

This full-time role runs Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM. As a Post Production Technician, you act as the final checkpoint before parts reach the customer. Core duties include:

• Deburring, tumbling, and surface finishing parts
• Tapping, countersinking, and installing hardware
• Performing quality checks to verify compliance with customer requirements
• Interpreting work instructions and using hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment
• Moving materials and job orders throughout the facility
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace aligned with LEAN and 5S principles
• Collaborating with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals and flag quality concerns

Minimum requirements for candidates include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Ability to read work instructions and basic drawings

• Proficiency with measuring devices and basic hand tools

Preferred qualifications include basic knowledge of CNC systems and machine controls, an understanding of quality inspection processes, and prior experience in a sheet metal or fabrication environment.

This position involves a standard manufacturing floor environment with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and metal materials. Protective equipment must be worn at all times. Physical demands include:

• Repeatedly lifting 25 lbs and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Standing and walking for 10 to 12-hour shifts
• Bending, reaching, and working around large industrial equipment
