POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an Assembler 3 to join our dynamic team  Assembler 3 will play a crucial role in assembling plastic components and products, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient production processes. This position requires advanced assembler skills in plastic mold injection, proficiency with various assembly tools, and the ability to lead and mentor junior assemblers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Primary machines run must be Structural Foamand Sterling.
  • Assemble raw items into finished products using flamers, rivet machines, punch presses, and assorted hand tools.
  • Pack and lift cartons onto pallets, ensuring proper tagging for identification.
  • Ensure product meets quality requirements and matches first piece approval.
  • Operate punch press, rivet guns, and other support equipment as required by the workstation.
  • Must possess proficiency with Semi complex functions and assembly . Kennel Wrapping, Kennel Pack-out, Punch press , Gamma pack
    -out .
  • Must possess full proficiency with complex functions/Assy, Door/Vent Installation, Kennel top/base Nest pack-out, SF operations (Packing and Detailed trimming) Gamma Container Assy (Trimming/Grinding)
  • Perform assigned duties in a timely, efficient, organized, and safe manner.
  • Run any machines on the plant floor as needed.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Meet customer and stock demands set by the scheduling department.
  • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized workstation.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Capable of lifting and moving up to 30 lbs.
  • Able to stand for the entire shift.
  • Quality-conscious with attention to detail.
  • Committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Demonstrates excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong team player with collaborative skills.
  • Proficient in using hand tools.
  • Flexible working all shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Competent in basic math skills.
  • Must be able to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in using hand tools and assembly equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
