Salcomp Manufacturing USA is seeking an experienced SMT Engineer to lead setup, programming, and optimization of SMT equipment in our Texas PCB production line. You will partner with production, quality, and engineering to stabilize workflows, reduce downtime, and improve process efficiency.
This role requires hands-on experience with pick-and-place, reflow ovens, AOI, SPI, and screen printers; plus Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
