Production Manager | Arlington, TX
A growing Cabinetry manufacturer in Arlington, TX is seeking a Spanish-speaking Production Manager to oversee assembly and production teams. Take charge of a facility supplying the South and Midwest with cabinets. Responsible for the building, the transportation, the assembly, quality, and so much more.
We're looking for someone who:- Knows manufacturing inside and out
- Has experience managing production and assembly operations
- Understands Lean Manufacturing principles
- Has experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or a related industry
- Leads by example and drives results
- Competitive Salary range of 100K to 120K plus bonus
- Generous Holiday / PTO
