Snelling Staffing DFW is hiring a Production Associate - Hand Trimming to trim, inspect, and package rubber components in a manufacturing environment. This role uses small hand tools to remove excess material and ensure quality.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing hands-on, repetitive production tasks. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, on-site at a manufacturing facility.
