Injection Molder

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Injection Press Operator to operate machinery that molds rubber products according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate will monitor product quality, identify molding imperfections, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow all safety and production procedures.

• Operate injection press machinery to mold rubber products according to customer specifications.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot imperfections in molds and the molding process.
• Clean and prepare the press according to established standards for each mold run.
• Count, sort, and organize finished products accurately.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to meet production and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures and production guidelines.

• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for 10 or more hours per shift.
• Ability to lift 60+ pounds as required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic counting, sorting, and inspection skills.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required.

• Frequent standing and movement throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing 60+ pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
