Sand Mixer​/Batch Operator

Revised Personnel LLC is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Sand Mixer / Batch Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating industrial mixing and batching equipment, measuring raw materials, monitoring production processes, and ensuring products meet company quality and safety standards.

• Operate and monitor industrial sand mixing and batching equipment.

• Measure, weigh, and load sand, chemicals, and other raw materials according to production specifications.

• Follow batch formulas, production schedules, and mixing instructions accurately.

• Monitor mixing times, material consistency, and equipment performance.

• Perform routine inspections of machinery and report mechanical issues.

• Maintain accurate production records, batch reports, and material usage logs.

• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet required specifications.

• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting raw materials.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety procedures, and equipment operating guidelines.

• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Perform additional production and warehouse duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial production, batching, or machine operation preferred.

• Experience operating sand mixers, batch mixers, or similar industrial equipment is a plus.

• Ability to read and follow production instructions and batch formulas.

• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material quantities.

• Ability to operate industrial machinery safely and efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Willingness to work overtime when required.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with assistance or equipment when necessary.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with dust, noise, and varying temperatures.

• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and respiratory protection when applicable.

• Follow all established safety and operating procedures.

• Immediately report unsafe conditions, equipment malfunctions, or production issues.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials.

• Maintain consistent production quality while meeting daily operational goals.
