Paid Search Manager

LHH is currently searching for a Paid Search Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of digital marketing experience and a proven track record of success in Google Ads, preferably within the retail space. This is an onsite role at our client’s office in the Dallas area.

• Develop, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns, primarily using Google Ads
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics; provide actionable insights to improve ROI
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page recommendations
• Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximize results
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media
• Support other paid media efforts including social, display, and programmatic campaigns as needed
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and creative

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in paid search management
• Highly proficient in Google Ads; strong understanding of all campaign types, targeting options, and optimization techniques
• Hands‑on expertise with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with other paid media channels (social, display, programmatic) is a plus
• Ability to work onsite in the Dallas area
