• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain volunteers
• Build and manage high-performing volunteer teams across the North Texas Region
• Oversee volunteer onboarding processes and facilitate training programs
• Conduct comprehensive volunteer needs assessments to align goals with organizational priorities
• Travel throughout the region to support volunteer events and recruitment efforts

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, with a preference for volunteer management experience
• At least 1 year of management experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Ability to multitask and meet high-priority deadlines
• Relationship-building experience within community organizations
• Experience in building and leading recruitment teams
