• Provide and assist with orientation/onboarding programs to promote employee retention throughout the division.
• Conduct orientation sessions that foster a positive learning environment and evaluate competency.
• Identify learning needs of specialty staff through on-site review or metrics; develop activities to address gaps in knowledge, skill, and practice.
• Plan educational content delivery that encourages learner engagement.
• Assess practice gaps and collaborate with the clinical education team to evaluate and adjust educational programs based on feedback.
• Participate in lifelong learning initiatives and apply the novice‑to‑expert continuum when developing staff.
• Monitor practices relative to laws, regulations, guidelines or industry practices to assess compliance, risk, or exposure and communicate key performance indicators for the clinical education service line within the division.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (required).
• Master’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical education experience (required).
• At least 3 years of experience in an acute‑care hospital (required).
• 3+ years of experience in clinical education, CSC, academia or leadership (preferred).
• Current state nursing license appropriate for education (required).
• Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification (required).
• Specialty certification (CNOR) as recognized by the American Nurse Credentialing Center (required).
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
