• Delivers professional nursing care to both inpatients and outpatients undergoing diagnostic or interventional procedures in the Radiology Department.
• Performs assessments and medically delegated or nursing interventions meeting appropriate standards of care utilizing the Nursing Process.
• Maintains accountability for professional decisions and actions.
• Responsible for delivery of professional nursing care including nursing assessments / care plan implementation within the setting / implementation of treatment / evaluation of treatment / and discharge or transition planning.
• Coordinates with clinical services to provide collaborative care.
• Responsible for delegation within scope of practice to provide safe and effective care to patient population.
• Performs all services as they may relate to patient care/treatment with consideration for the age/condition of the patient.
• Authorized to access secure drug and biological storage areas when completing a medication management orientation and when necessary to perform the assigned duties.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
