Position Overview
Search Group Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Nurse Manager of NICU (RN) to lead a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Arlington, TX
. This role is ideal for a strong nursing leader with a passion for neonatal care, staff development, and clinical excellence.
- Provide overall clinical and operational leadership for the NICU
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, family-centered neonatal care
- Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and performance metrics
- Mentor, coach, and develop NICU nursing staff
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and executive leadership
- Drive quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement
- Active RN license (Texas or Compact eligible)
- BSN required; MSN strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years NICU clinical experience
- Previous Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, or Nursing Supervisor experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to lead teams in a critical care environment
