Patient Ratios : 1:1 and 1:2 (ACOG/AWHONN guidelines)
Unit staffing description: 19 bed high risk LDR
Type of equipment : EFM
Documentation system:
Meditech/ CPN
Scheduling requirements: modified self-scheduling. They can give us desired shifts and we balance the schedule.
Floating policy:
As needed to antepartum
