You will be the Supplier Quality Engineering Associate Manager for the PAC‑3 Production program at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) in Arlington, Texas.
What You Will Be Doing Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To- Leading the development and implementation of Supplier Quality business processes and procedures.
- Analyzing supplier quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier quality and performance.
- Developing and implementing talent development and training programs for the Supplier Quality team.
- Ensuring knowledge continuity and succession planning within the Supplier Quality discipline.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Desired Skills- STEM degree at Bachelors level or above preferred.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems: AS9100, ISO 9001, Six Sigma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with audit methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and trending.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
