We're working on a Director of Real Estate opportunity with a well-established franchisee.
A couple of highlights about the group/opportunity:
- Active across the US with over 500 locations.
- This person would report directly to the Chief Development Officer and be responsible for the expansion of a couple of their major brands.
- Responsible for 12+ deals a year (primarily ground lease)
- Person needs to be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
