We're building a team of Research Associates who want to apply their analytical skills, research experience, and AI technology to real-world business challenges.

The Role:

We're looking for AI-curious, detail-oriented individuals with prior experience conducting research in an academic environment or analytical role to join our team as part-time AI Research Assistant.

You'll use AI-powered research platforms and modern research tools to identify, investigate, and evaluate professionals across the technology industry.

This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your research skills, develop expertise with AI-powered tools, and gain exposure to some of the fastest-growing AI companies.

The Work:

• AI-Powered Research: Use AI platforms and research tools to research specific technical skills, backgrounds, and experience.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research using multiple sources to identify, analyze, and evaluate individuals based on their professional experience, technical expertise, academic backgrounds, and accomplishments.
• Data Collection & Organization: Build and maintain accurate research databases, structured datasets, and detailed research findings.
• Research Quality: Validate information, identify inconsistencies, and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Research Optimization: Explore new AI tools, research methodologies, and approaches to improve the quality and efficiency of research.

Required Qualifications

• Current undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral student; postdoctoral researcher; or recent graduate
• Prior experience as a Research Assistant, Research Analyst, Undergraduate Researcher, Doctoral Researcher, Postdoctoral Researcher, or in a comparable research-focused position, including research conducted in an academic environment
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research, collect information, and analyze findings
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Experience organizing and working with structured information or datasets
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools and learning new technology
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting research in a university, academic department, research lab, or research institution
• Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or other AI research tools
• Familiarity with Linked In, professional databases, or online research platforms
• Experience with spreadsheets, data organization, or research documentation
• Interest in artificial intelligence, technology, startups, or business
