Barback Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Demonstrate an energetic, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Perform basic bar prep: refilling ice, restocking beverages, cutting garnishes.
• Change kegs, including moving full kegs of beer.
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning spills and emptying trash.
• Organize bar and glassware.
• Clean the bar area promptly and efficiently.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Communicate effectively and clearly with guests and team members.
• Complete assigned side work diligently.

Qualifications:

• Experience in food service and knowledge of bar/nightclub operations.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old, depending on local regulations.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.
• Possession of alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit, or valid health/food handler card as required.
• Good reading, writing, and basic math skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 200 pounds, including kegs, ice, and supplies.
• Move efficiently and safely within the venue.
• Handle food, objects, and utensils effectively and safely.
• Work in varying climate conditions within the venue.
